1. 수집하는 정보와 이용 목적

사진·그림·꾸미기 설정은 주사위 제작과 저장에 사용합니다. 사진 선택과 배경 제거, 흔들기 센서 처리는 기기에서 이루어지며, 전체 사진 보관함이나 센서 원시 값을 서버로 수집하지 않습니다. 위젯에 표시한 작품도 기기에 저장됩니다.

회원 기능에는 이메일, 비밀번호 인증 정보, 회원 식별자, 닉네임과 동의 기록을 사용합니다. 신고·차단·이의제기와 접속 기록은 커뮤니티 안전과 계정 보호를 위해 처리합니다.

문의 시 이메일 주소, 작성 내용과 직접 첨부한 자료를 답변에 사용합니다. 의견 초안은 기기에 보관되며, 이메일을 직접 발송할 때 전달됩니다.

2. 작품 공개와 공유

작품 공개를 요청하면 여섯 면의 사진·그림·배치, 작품명과 수집 허용 설정을 전송합니다. 승인된 작품, 닉네임과 사용 XP는 다른 이용자에게 표시되며, 이메일은 공개하지 않습니다.

공개하지 않은 개인 작품은 커뮤니티에 업로드하지 않습니다. 직접 공유하거나 다른 이용자가 이미 가져간 사본은 작품 삭제·탈퇴로 자동 회수되지 않습니다. 로그인 없이도 꾸미기·굴리기·공개 갤러리 열람을 이용할 수 있습니다.

3. 선택적 사용 분석

사용 분석은 기본 꺼짐입니다. 앱 설정의 ‘사용 분석 공유 허용’에서 켜거나 끌 수 있으며, 거절해도 주사위 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.

허용하면 앱 인스턴스 식별자, 앱·기기·운영체제·언어 정보, 이용 시각과 대략적인 지역, 제작·굴리기·메뉴 이용 기록을 앱 개선과 이용 지표 분석에 사용합니다. IP 주소는 지역 산출 등에 사용될 수 있으며 정확한 위치 권한은 요청하지 않습니다.

사진·그림, 작품명·닉네임·이메일, 의견 본문, 센서 원시 값과 굴림 결과 숫자는 분석 자료로 보내지 않습니다. 분석 허용은 광고 동의와 별개입니다.

허용을 끄면 이후 수집을 중단합니다. 기기 분석 정보 초기화는 이미 전송된 자료의 삭제를 의미하지 않습니다. 서버 자료의 열람·삭제는 하단 문의처로 요청할 수 있습니다. 분석 서비스의 사용자·이벤트 데이터 보관 설정은 2개월이며, 집계 통계에는 별도 보관 기준이 적용됩니다.

4. 광고와 결제

광고 제공·성과 측정·부정 이용 방지·오류 진단을 위해 IP 주소, 기기 식별 정보, 앱·광고 상호작용과 진단 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다. 사진·그림을 광고 자료로 제공하지 않습니다. 자세한 항목은 광고 데이터 안내에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

지역별 동의 화면과 앱 설정의 개인정보 선택에서 광고 관련 선택을 관리할 수 있습니다. 현재 iOS 추적 허용(ATT)은 요청하지 않습니다. 광고 제거 권한이 활성화되면 이후 광고 요청을 중단하며, 이미 처리된 자료는 자동 삭제되지 않습니다.

유료 상품이 제공되는 경우 구매·복원 상태를 확인합니다. 결제는 App Store가 처리하며 주꾸는 카드 정보를 받지 않습니다.

5. 외부 처리 업체와 국외 처리

서비스 제공에 필요한 개인정보를 아래 업체가 처리합니다. 이용자가 해당 기능을 요청하거나 분석·광고 선택에 따라 인터넷 암호화 연결로 전달되며, 보관 기간은 다음 항목 및 각 업체의 정책을 따릅니다.

6. 보관과 삭제

아래 기준에 따라 보관하고 기간이 지나면 삭제합니다. 계정 탈퇴는 본인 재인증 후 진행하며, 외부 서비스의 삭제가 실패하면 완료될 때까지 재처리합니다.

미처리 사건·검토 중 이의제기·읽지 않은 통지는 처리 또는 확인까지, 법적 보존이 필요한 자료와 관련 감사 연결 기록은 해당 사유가 끝날 때까지 보관할 수 있습니다. 사용되지 않는 업로드 사진은 24시간 유예 후 정리합니다.

백업은 암호화하며 7일을 보관 기준으로 합니다. 오프라인 매체는 다시 연결한 뒤 정리합니다. 외부 업체의 자체 사본은 별도 정책을 따르며, 인증 자료는 계정 삭제 요청 후 최종 정리에 최대 180일, IP 보안 로그는 수 주가 걸릴 수 있습니다.

기기 작품은 앱 삭제나 기기 자료 제거 시 잃을 수 있으며 자동 기기 간 동기화는 제공하지 않습니다. iOS 백업은 기기 설정을 따릅니다.

7. 이용자의 권리와 보호

앱에서 작품 삭제, 닉네임 변경, 계정 탈퇴와 분석·광고 선택을 관리할 수 있습니다. 정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지 및 국외 처리 관련 문의는 맨 하단 문의처로 요청해주세요. 필요한 최소한의 본인 확인만 하며 비밀번호나 인증 코드는 요청하지 않습니다.

회원·공개 기능에 필요한 처리를 원하지 않으면 해당 기능을 이용하지 않고 기기에서 꾸미고 굴릴 수 있습니다. 광고 관련 선택은 지역별 제공 범위에 따릅니다.

전송 암호화와 접근 권한 제한 등 보호 조치를 적용합니다. 생년월일·연령은 입력받지 않습니다. 보호자는 아동의 정보가 전달된 경우 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

8. 방침 변경

이 페이지에는 광고나 방문자 분석을 넣지 않습니다. 페이지 제공과 보안을 위한 접속 정보는 처리될 수 있습니다. 외부 링크에는 각 서비스의 정책이 적용됩니다.

처리 내용이 변경되면 이 방침과 업데이트 날짜를 갱신하고, 필요한 경우 앱 안내와 별도 동의를 제공합니다.

1. Information and purposes

Photos, drawings and customization settings are used to create and save dice. Photo selection, background removal and motion sensing happen on your device. We do not upload your entire photo library or raw sensor readings. Widget artwork is also stored on your device.

Account features use your email, password authentication data, account identifiers, nickname and consent records. Reports, blocks, appeals and access records support community safety and account security.

For support, we use your email, message and any attachments you choose to send. Feedback drafts stay on your device until you send the email.

2. Publishing and sharing

When you request publication, we receive your six-face photos, drawings and layouts, artwork name and collection preference. Approved artwork, nicknames and usage XP are visible to others; email addresses are not.

Unpublished personal artwork is not uploaded to the community. Deletion or account closure does not recall copies you shared or other users already collected. Creating, rolling and viewing the public gallery do not require login.

3. Optional analytics

Usage analytics is off by default. You can enable or disable Usage analytics sharing in app settings. Declining does not prevent dice use.

With permission, app instance identifiers, app/device/OS/language information, usage times, approximate region and creation, rolling and navigation events are used to improve the app and measure usage. IP addresses may be used to derive region; precise location permission is not requested.

Analytics does not include photos, drawings, artwork names, nicknames, emails, feedback text, raw sensor readings or rolled numbers. Analytics permission is separate from advertising choices.

Disabling permission stops future collection. Resetting device analytics data does not delete data already sent. Contact us at the bottom of this page for access or deletion requests. Analytics user and event data retention is set to two months; aggregated statistics follow separate retention rules.

4. Advertising and payment

IP addresses, device identifiers, app/ad interactions and diagnostic information may be processed for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and diagnostics. Photos and drawings are not provided for advertising. See the advertising data disclosure.

You can manage advertising choices through regional consent messages and privacy options in settings. The app does not currently request iOS ATT tracking permission. Active ad-removal entitlement stops future ad requests but does not automatically delete previously processed data.

If paid products are offered, we check purchase and restoration status. The App Store processes payment; jukku does not receive card details.

5. Providers and international processing

The providers below process information needed for their services. Data is sent over encrypted internet connections when you request the feature or according to analytics and advertising choices. Retention follows the next section and each provider’s policy.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information for the periods below, then delete it. Account deletion requires reauthentication. Failed external deletions are retried until complete.

Unresolved reports, pending appeals and unread notices may remain until handled or read. Legal holds and related audit-chain records may remain until the reason ends. Unused uploaded images are cleaned up after a 24-hour grace period.

Operator-managed backups are encrypted and have a seven-day retention target. Offline media is cleaned up after reconnection. Providers’ own copies follow their separate policies; final removal of authentication data may take up to 180 days after an account deletion request, and security IP logs may remain for a few weeks.

Device artwork can be lost when you uninstall or remove device data. Automatic cross-device syncing is not provided. iOS backups follow device settings.

7. Your choices and protection

Use the app to delete artwork, change your nickname, close your account and manage analytics or advertising choices. For access, correction, deletion, restriction or international-processing inquiries, use the contact at the bottom. We request only minimal identity confirmation, never passwords or verification codes.

You can avoid account and publishing features and still create and roll locally. Advertising choices vary by region.

We apply encrypted transmission and restricted access. We do not ask for birth dates or ages. Guardians may request deletion if a child’s information has been submitted.

8. Policy changes

This page has no ads or visitor analytics. Access data may be processed for delivery and security. External links are governed by their providers’ policies.

If processing changes, we update this policy and its date, with in-app notice and additional consent where needed.

1. 取り扱う情報と目的

写真・絵・装飾設定はサイコロの制作と保存に使用します。写真の選択、背景除去、モーション処理は端末内で行い、写真ライブラリ全体やセンサーの生データをサーバーに収集しません。ウィジェットの作品も端末に保存します。

会員機能ではメール、パスワード認証情報、会員識別子、ニックネーム、同意記録を使用します。通報・ブロック・異議申立て・アクセス記録はコミュニティの安全とアカウント保護のために扱います。

お問い合わせではメール、本文、任意の添付資料を回答に使用します。意見の下書きは端末に保存され、ご自身でメールを送信した時点で届きます。

2. 作品の公開と共有

公開を申請すると、6面の写真・絵・配置、作品名、取得許可の設定が送信されます。承認された作品、ニックネーム、利用XPは他の利用者に表示されます。メールは公開しません。

公開しない個人作品はコミュニティにアップロードしません。ご自身が共有したコピーや他の利用者が取得済みのコピーは、削除・退会しても自動回収されません。制作・プレイ・公開ギャラリーの閲覧にログインは不要です。

3. 任意の利用分析

利用分析は初期状態でオフです。アプリ設定の利用分析共有から切り替えられ、拒否してもサイコロ機能を利用できます。

許可した場合、アプリインスタンス識別子、アプリ・端末・OS・言語情報、利用時刻、おおよその地域、制作・プレイ・画面利用の記録を改善と利用状況の分析に使用します。IPアドレスを地域の算出などに使用する場合がありますが、正確な位置情報の権限は求めません。

写真・絵・作品名・ニックネーム・メール・意見本文・センサーの生データ・出た数字は分析に送りません。分析の許可と広告の同意は別です。

許可をオフにすると以後の収集を停止します。端末の分析情報を初期化しても送信済みデータは削除されません。開示・削除は最下部の窓口へご連絡ください。分析のユーザー・イベントデータの保存期間は2か月に設定しており、集計統計には別の保持基準が適用されます。

4. 広告と決済

広告配信・効果測定・不正防止・診断のため、IPアドレス、端末識別情報、アプリ・広告の操作、診断情報を処理する場合があります。写真や絵を広告用に提供しません。詳細は広告データの案内をご覧ください。

地域別の同意画面と設定のプライバシー選択から広告に関する選択を管理できます。現在iOSのATT追跡許可は求めません。広告削除の権利が有効になると以後の広告リクエストを停止しますが、処理済み資料は自動削除されません。

有料商品を提供する場合、購入・復元状態を確認します。決済はApp Storeが行い、jukkuはカード情報を受け取りません。

5. 外部事業者と国外処理

以下の事業者がサービスに必要な情報を処理します。機能の利用時や分析・広告の選択に応じて暗号化されたインターネット接続で送信します。保存期間は次項と各社の方針に従います。

6. 保存と削除

以下の期間を基準に保存し、その後削除します。退会には再認証が必要です。外部サービスの削除に失敗した場合は完了まで再処理します。

未処理の通報・審査中の異議申立て・未読通知は処理または確認まで、法的保存対象と関連する監査連結記録は理由が終了するまで保存する場合があります。未使用のアップロード画像は24時間の猶予後に整理します。

運営者のバックアップは暗号化し、7日を保存基準とします。オフライン媒体は再接続後に整理します。外部事業者のコピーは別途方針に従い、認証資料の最終削除には退会要求後最大180日、IPセキュリティログには数週間かかる場合があります。

アンインストールや端末データ削除で作品を失う場合があります。端末間の自動同期は提供しません。iOSバックアップは端末設定に従います。

7. 権利と保護

アプリから作品削除、ニックネーム変更、退会、分析・広告の選択を管理できます。開示・訂正・削除・処理停止・国外処理のお問い合わせは最下部の窓口へお願いします。本人確認は必要最小限とし、パスワードや認証コードは求めません。

会員・公開に必要な処理を希望しない場合も、端末内で制作・プレイできます。広告の選択範囲は地域によって異なります。

通信の暗号化やアクセス権限の制限などで保護します。生年月日・年齢は入力しません。保護者は子どもの情報が届いた場合に削除を依頼できます。

8. 方針の変更

このページには広告や訪問者分析を設置しません。配信・安全のためアクセス情報を処理する場合があります。外部リンクには各社の方針が適用されます。

処理内容が変わる場合、方針と更新日を改定し、必要に応じてアプリ内での案内と別途同意を行います。
